“The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is one of the largest student-governed organizations in the world. We have birthed hundreds of businesses, trained thousands of corporate leaders, graduated tens of thousands of engineers, and engaged hundreds of thousands of K-12 students in STEM education over our 47-year history, both nationally and abroad. In short, NSBE members, chapters, and supporters are dedicated to increasing the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community.” With that in mind, we are starting our new chapter with our spring semester call-out meeting on January 18th from 7:00 to 8:00 pm at the Luddy Hall Community Center. WIC and NSBE will be hosting an in-person networking event with Eli Lilly! Swing by in between classes to learn about Eli Lilly's IDS internship and full-time opportunities and grab a refreshment.

The meeting will be hosted on Thursday, September 15^th at 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM in the Luddy Community Center. We recommend you dress in Business Casual.

This is a great opportunity to meet with recruiters before the Luddy Career Fair!

The IU Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) will be collaborating with WIC and Accenture on Thursday, September 22nd, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM in the Luddy Hall Community Center. This will be a time where you can learn about Accenture and network. It is recommended that you dress in business casual attire for the event. The IU Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) will be hosting a Technical Interview Practice and Info Session Tonight, September 27th, from 6:00PM to 7:00PM in the Luddy Hall Community Center. For those in need of more practice with possible internship/job interview questions and strategies, this event is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your interview skills for your future internship and post-graduation career search! We can't wait to see you there!

The IU Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) along with Underrepresented Students in Tech (UnT) will be hosting a Study Hall Event on October 4^th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Luddy Hall Community Center. This is a great opportunity to spend time catching up on assignments and studying in a relaxed environment. This is an opportunity to study with other Luddy students as we prepare for midterms. We aim to offer you a supportive community that can provide help if needed. We can't wait to see you there and don't hesitate to bring a friend!

WIC, NSBE, and Pacesetters are excited to announce LODI Spooktacular! This is a great way to learn about different countries and how they celebrate Halloween.
